Job Responsibilities:
∎ Made pattern grading & marker for fabrics outer & Inner by the Cad system.
∎ Consumption Workout for fabrics/Trims for bulk production.
∎ Made pattern adjustment according to buyer comments.
∎ Supply size set grading pattern to production floor for bulk.
∎ Follow-up counter samples/fit/pp sample/Production /samples/sales samples/pilot runs samples & shipment samples.
∎ Follow up sample comments & communicate with buyers.
∎ Conduct risk analysis meeting with production team before start new development. Then accordingly make mock up & submit along with samples to buyer.
∎ Attend style review & PP meeting with buyer technical and QA teams.
∎ Internally doing style review meeting with pattern maker & Sample QC & Supervisor.
∎ Advice & monitor to sample maker to make easy operation for production & buyer approval.
∎ Achieved sample quality requirements as per buyer standard.
∎ Have target to get (80 percent) first fit sample approval to save time and avoid sample back and forth.
∎ Communicate with Customer nominated Technical and PD team if raise any confusion.
∎ Check all the samples before sending to buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant must have experience in Garments factory.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
