Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM will be given preferance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, payroll management, Payroll Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Attendance Report & Attendance Summary Process
∎ Daily Late & Early Out process.
∎ Daily Manual Attendance Posting.
∎ Daily Leave (C/L, S/L, M/L) Posting.
∎ Daily New Employee & Manual Check.
∎ Preparing Monthly Salary Sheet.
∎ Prepare Pay slip & Distribution.
∎ Prepare daily costing report and review daily manpower budget.
∎ Ensure proper AIT deduction
∎ Prepare Salary Sheet and update report.
∎ Sound knowledge basic HR management.
∎ Updating & Checking all employee attendance & OT data in software.
∎ Updating Master File Daily Basis and Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
∎ Handling employee database in Excel and Software.
∎ Maintaining payroll Information collecting, Calculating, and entering data.
∎ Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential Data.
∎ Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees on time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience as a payroll professional
∎ Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
∎ Sound Knowledge on BLL-2006,BLR-2015 & Minimum wage Gazette-2018.
∎ Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
∎ Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
∎ An analytical mind and good math skills
∎ Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
∎ Organizational and leadership skills
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
