Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • A strong understanding of Training Development is essential.

  • Experience in managing a workforce of 400 individuals is required.

  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is also necessary.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse & Delivery department roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and reduce turnover.

  • Supporting the change management process.

  • Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback in collaboration with supervisors.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery leads to optimize staffing levels.

  • Identify skill gaps and organize through TNA and create training programs to address them.

  • Must have to create training module and provide the training with proper documents.

  • Fully Responsible for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) of Arogga Ltd. Maintain the process and outcomes properly.

  • Partnering with WH & Delivery In-charge and staff, to establish and roll out a people-related strategy.

  • If needed, work in talent management department.

  • Administering employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination for WH & Delivery Department.

  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary for WH & Delivery Department.

  • Manage timekeeping systems and oversee attendance, overtime, and leave records.

  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization
