Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing Telesales. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting Arogga's healthcare services, and converting leads into sales. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Arogga's commitment to accessible and affordable healthcare. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (warm and cold leads) to introduce Arogga's healthcare services, including medicine delivery, diagnostics, and doctor consultations.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Arogga's services to convert leads into paying customers while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

  • Educate potential customers on how Arogga works, the benefits of our services, and how we simplify healthcare access.

  • Accurately record call outcomes, customer details, and sales activities.

  • Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects who need additional information or time to make a decision.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to stay updated on ongoing campaigns, service updates, and promotional offers.

  • Prepare basic daily and weekly reports sales achievements.

  • Represent Arogga professionally and empathetically in every customer interaction, upholding the company's mission and values.

  • Any other task assigned by management

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Education: HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a hunger for sales are encouraged to apply.
