Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce operations, brand development, digital marketing, and social media management, particularly in the kids’, stationery, toys, and lifestyle product categories.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our online business, with a strong focus on promoting and managing our own e-commerce website as a primary sales channel. This position requires end-to-end ownership of website performance, digital campaigns, online brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, capable of driving online performance while maintaining brand consistency and appeal.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth performance and an excellent customer experience.

  • Take full ownership of managing and growing the company’s own e-commerce website as a major sales channel.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, conversion, and direct online sales.

  • Manage product listings, pricing, stock updates, campaign setup, and promotional offers across online platforms.

  • Plan and execute online promotional activities, bundle offers, discount campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless online operations.

  • Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality promotional assets.

  • Continuously monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user journey, conversion rate, and overall sales.

Brand Development & Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the kids’, stationery, toy, and lifestyle segments.

  • Ensure consistent brand communication across the website, social media platforms, and all digital marketing channels.

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all digital assets, communication materials, and campaign executions.

  • Monitor customer perception, market response, and brand performance to support long-term brand equity growth.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage the brand’s social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.

  • Develop creative campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and interactive content to engage target consumers.

  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, media partners, and other collaborators for promotional activities.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement to maintain a strong and positive online presence.

  • Analyze platform-wise performance and optimize content and campaign strategies based on audience insights and results.

  • Ensure digital and social media efforts effectively support website traffic generation and online sales conversion.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Create website-focused promotional strategies to increase direct purchase conversion from the company’s own online platform.

  • Utilize SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and other digital tools to reach and convert target audiences.

  • Identify market trends, consumer interests, and seasonal opportunities within the kids’ and lifestyle categories.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies to maximize ROI and business impact.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and campaign performance.

  • Prepare regular performance reports on website growth, online sales, digital campaigns, and social media activities.

  • Use data-driven insights to improve website performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall e-commerce strategy.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey across all e-commerce touchpoints, especially on the company’s own website.

  • Implement personalization, segmentation, and customer-focused strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.

  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and online behavior to identify opportunities for service and experience improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing.
