To exclusively devote all the time with a commitment to the specific sale target by managing customers and making plans to reach the optimum altitude of business return from the project.
To fulfill the monthly sales target that has been submitted and assigned.
Work closely with the team to convert leads into successful sales through targeted follow-ups and relationship management.
Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring that all potential leads are properly tracked and followed up on.
To coordinate actively with C.R. team to assist for collection installments with own create new sale opportunity from the existing customer of the company.
Report daily/weekly/monthly sale forecast & any kinds of information to Director Operation or his nominated person.
Individual client maintenance, to be present during site visits, provides the required information. Notify, follow-ups through phone calls, email, SMS, and the issue of letter to the client taking permission from the reporting boss.
To preserve documents for the clients and maintain relations with the customers.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the management for achieving organizational goals.
