Astha Infrastructure & Development Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales operations and marketing activities for our real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for real estate projects.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Arrange client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely deal closure.
