- Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD will be an advantage).

Job Context:
Astha Infrastructure & Development Limited is looking for skilled and motivated professionals for the position of Project Engineer / Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage construction activities of our real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, design, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.
- Verify construction materials and ensure proper utilization.
- Assist in project planning, cost control, and site management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
