Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Land Project, Marketing & Customer Relations will play a key role in the development and commercialization of MOHS Projects. The position is responsible for coordinating land acquisition activities, managing project documentation, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining professional relationships with prospective buyers and stakeholders.
The role requires strong knowledge of land documentation, real estate marketing, and client relationship management, ensuring smooth project execution and successful sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Land Acquisition & Project Development
Identify suitable land opportunities for the MOHS projects.
Conduct preliminary land assessments, feasibility studies, and site evaluations.
Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders regarding land acquisition.
Assist management in land negotiations and acquisition agreements.
2. Land Development & Legal Coordination
Provide full documentation support for land acquisition, registration, and transfer processes.
Collect and verify land documents such as the following:
Deed
Khatian (CS / SA / RS / BS)
Mutation documents
Land tax receipts
Survey maps
Coordinate with legal consultants for title verification and due diligence.
Maintain organized physical and digital records of project land documents.
3. Government & Regulatory Liaison
Liaise with relevant government authorities, including:
Sub-Registry Office
AC Land Office
Land Survey Office
Local administrative authorities
Facilitate mutation, registration, and other regulatory approvals.
Ensure compliance with applicable land laws and development regulations.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
Support the planning and implementation of project marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotional activities, including
Real estate fairs
Promotional events
Digital marketing campaigns
Assist in preparing marketing materials such as:
Project brochures
Sales presentations
Promotional content
Promote the MOHS project to potential investors and buyers.
5. Customer Handling & Sales Support
Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers regarding project details.
Provide accurate information about:
Plot sizes
Pricing
Facilities
Payment plans
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure professional client service.
Assist in closing sales and coordinating customer documentation.
6. Stakeholder Relationship Management
Maintain effective relationships with:
Landowners
Brokers
Local authorities
Project clients
Address land-related or customer-related issues professionally.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic reports, including
Land acquisition status
Documentation progress
Marketing performance
Sales pipeline updates
Maintain proper records of negotiations, agreements, and transactions.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration
Marketing
Law
Civil Engineering
Urban Planning
Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Assistant Manager: 3–5 years relevant experience
Deputy Manager: 5–8 years relevant experience
Manager: 8–12 years experience in real estate / land development
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of land laws and property documentation in Bangladesh
Experience with land registration, mutation, and land record verification
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer handling and relationship management ability
Good organizational and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to project sites and land locations
Experience working with land brokers and government land offices
Ability to work under pressure and achieve project targets
