Experience:
Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, project sales cycles, and infrastructure development in Bangladesh.
Proven experience in dealing with real estate developers, contractors, industrial projects, and government infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of concrete grades, mix design concepts, and RMC applications will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate large contracts and manage high-value project clients.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Lead the national sales strategy for the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) business, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and sustainable profitability across Bangladesh.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization of approximately 25 members across three sectors: Real Estate & Individual Projects, Industrial Projects, and Government Infrastructure Projects.
Drive strategic business development initiatives by identifying and securing large-scale projects with real estate developers, contractors, industrial groups, multinational companies, and infrastructure developers.
Strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, consultants, EPC contractors, government agencies, engineers, and project owners to build a strong project pipeline.
Develop sector-wise and territory-based sales strategies to expand market share in residential, commercial, industrial, and government infrastructure projects.
Lead sales planning and demand forecasting, aligning project pipelines with plant capacity, production planning, and logistics operations to ensure optimal plant utilization.
Establish competitive pricing strategies and lead commercial negotiations for major contracts while maintaining profitability and strategic positioning in the RMC market.
Provide technical sales leadership by supporting customers with concrete grade selection, mix design recommendations, and project-specific solutions in collaboration with technical and quality teams.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to management for informed business decisions.
Ensure strong cross-functional coordination with operations, logistics, finance, quality, and procurement teams to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining strong credit discipline and customer satisfaction.
