Responsibilities & Context:
General Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in online sales, social media, or customer support
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other simple design tools
• Passion for women’s, baby, and handmade products
• Ability to manage online pages and customer engagement professionally
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Conduct occasional live sessions to showcase products
• Create product review videos, short videos, and social media content
• Manage customer interactions and maintain satisfaction
• Moderate social media pages and respond to messages/comments
• Handle online orders and coordinate delivery or follow-up
• Assist in basic content design using Canva or similar tools
• Track sales, report progress, and support marketing campaigns
