We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead the growth of our industrial air compressor and compressed air system business in Bangladesh.
This role carries direct revenue responsibility and requires an individual who thrives in a target-driven, high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering aggressive sales growth across industrial sectors such as textile, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, power, food processing, and heavy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets for compressors, air treatment equipment, spare parts, and service contracts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand ITG-NIR’s footprint across key industrial sectors.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position ITG-NIR products effectively.
Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the industrial sector.
Utilize digital and direct marketing channels to generate qualified sales leads.
