Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities for air compressors and spare parts
Conduct factory visits, client meetings, and technical discussions
Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and convert leads into orders
Coordinate with internal teams from order confirmation to delivery
Service & Technical Support
Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of compressors
Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities
Act as the first point of contact for customers on service-related issues
Ensure service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Reporting & Process Discipline
Maintain CRM records, service logs, and sales reports
Track customer feedback, complaints, and warranty-related issues
Support management with market intelligence and competitor insights
