Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving the Order, Delivery and Collection target of the Showroom and its concerns.
Handle walk-in clients and generate project sales opportunities.
Ensure proper product merchandising & showroom display standards.
Distributing sales targets among the sales executives.
Monitoring Showroom Retail & Corporate Sales.
Responsible for achieving the monthly, weekly & yearly sales target.
Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and assist to superior.
Develop a relationship with corporate & retail clients.
Keeping records of all Sales & Marketing activities.
Coordinating with Accounts, Production, Distribution, Customer Care and other Departments.
Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
Assist superior in planning retail and corporate businesses.
Prepare monthly/weekly market analysis reports of the surrounding area.
