Responsibilities & Context: - Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance data.
- Manage leave records, and administer employee benefits.
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory filings as required by authorities.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation, employee records, and contracts.
- Address employee concerns related to compliance, workplace ethics, and labor laws.
- Conduct compliance training sessions to educate employees on policies and best practices.
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Maintain and update Employee Leave database record of the employees.
- Issue Show cause letter, Intimation Letter to the employee as advised by management or occurrences.
- Prepare daily attendance report of Head Office, F Team and Sales& Marketing, Communicate with HODs.
- Resolve grievances of employees and foster a positive workplace.
- Manage payroll and other compensations and benefits, including sick leaves and other absence days, accurately.
