Educational Requirements:

∎ Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Factory HR Administration, General HR, ISO Audit, SEDX)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
∎ To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
∎ To Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system
∎ To Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer's standards
∎ To perform day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, handling grievance according to labor law.
∎ To maintain outside liaison with Govt. and non Govt. organization.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ To develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ To participate in Opening and Closing as per roaster made by factory Management.
∎ To Motivate, counsel the staffs for ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ To perform special tasks or analysis as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor law and factory Administration.
∎ Good team player, Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
∎ Must be able to stay near factory
