Job Context:
∎ Kross Sportswear Limited is an upcoming retail brand with global vision for footwear, apparel and sports gear.
∎ We are looking for a well experienced, energetic and positive attitude person for our HR, Admin & IT department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Able to handle all HR, Payroll, and Administrative responibilities
∎ Must have good skills on computer software, hardwear and networking to maintain servers and employee support.
∎ Need to look after IT-related support for e-commerce structure.
∎ Monitor staff performance and attendance
∎ Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
∎ Hands on preparing the primary job of Compensation Management, Leave Management, Career Management, Talent Management, Retention Management, Succession planning, HR Decision.
∎ Proper knowledge about recruitment, training & counseling, orientation program etc.
∎ Prepare company salary sheet.
∎ Able to complete any other task assign by Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Computer proficiency is essential, including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and see tasks through to completion.
∎ IT related problem solver candidate will be preferable.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
