∎ Skills Required: Retail Footwear, Wholesale Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Footwear, Preferably experience in working with a reputed Footwear Brand, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a market for footwear.
∎ Make territory/area wise sales plan and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ To visit marketplace, ensure space sharing create a new dealership or space share in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Ensure availability of products to all relevant outlets
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, and yearly with searching new customers.
∎ Coordination with other relevant departments.
∎ Assist in implementation of Special projects or any other task assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Sound Knowledge about Footwear Business with Strong Background.
∎ Skills Required: Footwear Sales
∎ Team Player, Negotiation Skill, Target Driven & Leadership Skills
∎ Good Communication Skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
∎ The Applicant should have experience int the following area(s)
∎ The Applicants should have experience in Retails Store, Tannery/Footwear, Wholesale.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance
