Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Footwear sales, Preferably experience in working with a reputed Footwear Brand, Product Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently execute Activewear/Sportswear product development, understand latest fashion trends, source new fabrics, and develop collections
∎ Ensure smooth communications with suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Continuously update the fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes and stitch library including technical data and price idea for easy reference
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
∎ Ensure production and samples follow-up with factories and related procedures.
∎ Source trims, accessories, and fabrics (both overseas and local)
∎ Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories.
∎ Suppliers ahead of design packs to develop new product and finishes to reduce lead time.
∎ Follow-up TNA on regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with right quality and quantity.
∎ Visit factories regularly to get market intelligence.
∎ Coordinate and monitor quality of the product through quality personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Sound Knowledge about Footwear Business with Strong Background.
∎ Skills Required: Costing Merchandising
∎ Good Communication Skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
∎ The Applicant should have experience int the following area(s)
∎ Costing Marketing and Merchandising, Sourcing.
∎ The Applicants should have experience activewear
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
