Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast retail sales considering previous sales data and company budget, present stock & factory pending.
∎ Identify the Growth factor and follow SMART Process to achieve the Target.
∎ Ensuring the Daily/Weekly/Monthly factory production planning and freezing.
∎ Regularly follow up of Production.
∎ Input planning data to ERP software.
∎ Follow up outsource production and receiving.
∎ Data Analysis: Product Trend, 80-20 analysis, Product Portfolio, Cash cows, Product lifecycle, BCG matrix analysis, Checking sales and Stock contribution, Brand contribution, Category contribution.
∎ Product Range Planning as per Price Point, Seasonal and Festival.
∎ Upgrade Product Line Collection and generate new product development creating USP, CPG, Product Mix, and Elasticity of the product.
∎ Fixing Product’s MRP: Different Pricing strategy to achieve Company Sales Turnover and Gross Margin
∎ Regularly market visit for understand recent trend and Market Research: 5C (Company, Customers, Competitors, Climate, Collaboration). PESTE, SWOT.
∎ Make budget of materials comparing to costing & get approval from management for procurements.
∎ Stock Management: Maintenance of stock to avoid over stock and shortage of stock situation, Lead time, Safety Stock, Re order Point.
∎ Any other task assigned by manger, department head & management.

Salary: Tk. 21000 (Monthly)
