- Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Admin professional with a strong background in ERP-based systems to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR data in the ERP system including attendance, leave, performance records, and payroll inputs.
- Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.
Administration:
- Oversee office maintenance, logistics, supplies, and asset management
- Manage administrative support staff (drivers, office assistants, cleaners)
- Handle documentation for office rent, utility services, vendor contracts, and company vehicle usage
- Assist with planning meetings, office events, and training programs
