Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office & reporting systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build, manage, and expand distributor & dealer networks nationwide.
Lead and supervise Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field force.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure KPI achievement.
Identify new market opportunities including corporate and institutional sales.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and branding in the market.
Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys.
Manage credit control, collection, and distributor relationship.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
