  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll software.

  • Knowledge of labor law & rules, and statutory compliance.

  • Strong skills in MS Excel & HR reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Sr. Executive – HR, Admin & Compliance is responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining HR records, and supporting HR operations. The role also involves employee support, HRIS data management, and coordination with Finance & Accounts and other departments for smooth payroll and HR services.

  • Assist in recruitment & selection, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.

  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain employee records, files, and HRIS data.

  • Support payroll preparation and maintain attendance/leave/overtime records.

  • Prepare and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, separation, etc.).

  • Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in HRIS/software.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions (tax, PF, loans, etc.)

  • Handle final settlements for resigned/terminated employees.

  • Any other task assign by management.
