• Candidates who have experience in the Quality Management System (QMS) at any renowned Woven & Knit garments (outerwear) manufacturer can apply.

• Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

• ISO or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with global brands` quality requirements (e.g., Tesco, Inditex, Primark, Carters, etc.)

• Should be able to prepare SOP on product quality.

• Able to lead quality team and GPQ.

• Perform internal QMS/Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section heads for improvement (Quality, Production, Compliance, Store, Maintenance & business team whenever needed).

• Follow up, monitor, and supervise product quality requirements.

• Evaluate product and process risk assessment, quality gap, and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools.

• To run QMS successfully throughout the whole manufacturing unit, from the warehouse to shipment.

• Install or maintain the right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure the quality of products and the satisfaction of the buyers.

• Designing, producing, evaluating, and assessing products to determine that they meet the desired quality level for a company`s target market.

• Install/maintain the right Quality Management System to ensure the quality of the product.

• Ensure that the product quality is properly maintained to obtain AQL.

• Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as imagined.

• Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to achieve quality and the desired product.

• Follow up Pre-production meeting before bulk production, inline inspection, test cutting report, size set report, print report, wash shrinkage report, day pre-final inspection, final inspection, and submit buyer AQL.

• Checking patterns/specifications and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and making a final decision on quality according to company/ customer standards and requirements.

• Supervise the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

• Need to finalize the critical operations and quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors (Q I). Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective production, IE & QA teams to get the corrective actions.

• Report any deviation in the QA system to his superior authority.

• Responsible to face Buyers Technical audits in the factory.

• Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and final inspection in the Factory.

• Ensuring all quality & production issues by Auditing & Controlling.

• Provide approval, such as print, embroidery, and wash, as per the required standards of customers.

• To maintain all discipline and compliance issues.

• Train the QC/QA Team on a regular basis to follow the quality SOP & keep consistent for continuous improvement. Whatever additional task is assigned by the management.
