• Strong knowledge of lingerie garment construction and production processes.

• Experience managing large-scale sewing operations and multiple production lines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

• Lead and manage overall production operations of lingerie manufacturing lines to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

• Ensure smooth production of lingerie products such as bras, panties, shapewear, camisoles, and sleepwear according to buyer requirements.

• Coordinate closely with merchandising, planning, technical, IE, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor line setup, pilot runs, and bulk production to ensure efficiency and correct garment construction.

• Implement strategies to improve line efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, buyer requirements, and technical specifications.

• Analyze production data to reduce defects, rework, and production losses.

• Supervise and guide line chiefs, supervisors, and production staff to achieve operational targets.

• Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and production review meetings regularly.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.

• Work with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to improve SMV, line balancing, and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety, compliance standards, and company policies.

• Prepare and submit daily production reports, efficiency reports, and management updates.
