• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) and Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) brands.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Manager or Assistant Quality Manager (AQM).

• Lead and manage brand quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with AEO and A&F standards.

• Oversee quality control across washing and cut & sew production processes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality management.

• Ensure production processes meet brand-specific quality guidelines and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with production, technical, and washing teams to maintain consistent product quality.

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify improvement areas.

• Provide technical guidance and training to quality teams and factory staff.

• Monitor quality KPIs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce defects.

• Maintain effective communication with brand representatives and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure 6S and Safety in the factory.
