• Sound understanding of INCO terms, LC terms, and freight cost negotiations.

• Leadership capability and team management skills.

Job Context

We are a well-established garments manufacturer seeking a competent and experienced Commercial & Logistics to lead our commercial, shipping, import/export, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of customs regulations, bond management, freight handling, and supply chain coordination in the RMG sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial operations including LC opening, customs clearance, bond management, shipping documentation, and export procedures.

• Manage Customs Bond-related operations, including preparation and participation in Yearly Customs Bond audit of Knit Garments Industry.

• Prepare and submit UD on time.

• Ensure compliance with government rules, regulations, BGMEA/Customs policies, and bond license usage.

• Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely execution of imports & exports.

• Checking and confirm all shipping doc Need experience on bond license import & export, UD apply.

• Manage all commercial documentation such as PI, LC, BL, Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, UD, GSP, etc.

• Renew and amend Bond Licenses; liaise with customs authorities as required.

• Lead the logistics team for smooth operation of inbound & outbound shipment tracking.

• Ensure timely submission of export incentives, VAT rebate, and bond audit reports.

• Liaise with internal departments (production, store, finance) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities in shipping and freight without compromising quality or deadlines.

• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to buyers as per contractual and logistical requirements.
