Responsibilities & Context:

To Manager all production -related activities in a large Oven Factory

To collect the monthly production plan from the planning department

To make the monthly plan for production lines and forward it to Top Management To maintain the daily target meeting

To maintain the plan input date

To develop size set for the PP meeting before feeding each style feeding inline

To discuss with the Production, Quality and RAW department regarding the product quality and efficiency before each style feeding

To achieve and maintain a good efficiency level

To closely follow-up the input and delivery process

To maintain the compliance rules

To be responsible for fulfilling the daily production targets based on SMV and work-study method

To maintain the floor administration

To maintain good communication and counseling with the workers

Establish and oversee all quality control and assurance procedures

Being responsible for conducting morning inspection

To check the hourly production, line-wise and follow-up to improve the production process

To be responsible for proper handling and maintenance of all the machines and materials

To follow-up the daily production target which is set in the meeting

To observe the cutting ratio as per the shipment date

To work for reducing the rejection rate

To control/reduce the overtime work
