• To Stream Line the QMS of the Manufacturing.
• Introduce new water saving techniques of washing and finishing.
• Efficient utilization of stream and use water at ration 1:5 instead of 1:10 .
• Reduce the garment error with QA system, and water ration 1:5-6 instead of 1:10 now and the re-washing.
• As per buyer environmental requirements.

• Ability to troubleshoot washing-related issues and provide guidance for reprocess and re-wash minimization.
• Strong background in washing quality control, measurement systems, and shade band approvals.
• Understanding of customer requirements for washing and shade consistency, with experience aligning production with commercial needs.
• Attend meetings on lot approvals and highlight garment washing chemical effects.
• Prepare analysis reports on washing performance.
• Involve in development stages to understand customer wash demands.
• Guideline for washing to meet customer test requirements.
• Production follows up with washing Plant.
• Problem Solving during Bulk Production.
• Sourcing for the different washing plants and getting the Price Idea ,Cost Analysis.
