• Ensure fabric is inspected before cutting to identify any defects, shade variation, stains, or damages.

• Ensure marker placement is correct according to the approved marker plan and fabric direction.

• Verify fabric rolls, lot numbers, and shade grouping before spreading.

• Ensure correct cutting procedures are followed according to approved patterns and production standards.

• Verify cut panels to ensure measurement accuracy as per approved specifications.

• Coordinate with the cutting and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Ensure all cutting activities comply with company quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Monitor fabric spreading to maintain proper alignment, tension, and ply height.

• Identify cutting defects such as mismatched panels, missing notches, or incorrect shapes and take necessary action.

• Maintain accurate cutting inspection records and quality reports.
