• Strong knowledge of lingerie garment construction and production techniques.

• Experience with specialized lingerie machines and attachments.

• Good understanding of fabric behavior, elastics, lace, foam cups, and trims used in lingerie.

• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage production deadlines.

• Support the Production and Technical teams to ensure smooth lingerie production operations from pre-production to bulk production.

• Analyze tech packs, production specifications, and garment construction details before starting bulk production.

• Ensure correct machine settings, attachments, and sewing methods for lingerie products such as bra, panty.

• Coordinate with pattern, sample, IE, QA, and production teams to resolve technical issues during production.

• Monitor line setup, pilot run, and production process to ensure correct garment construction and quality standards.

• Identify and solve technical issues related to sewing, fitting, elastics, lace attachment, cup shaping, and other lingerie components.

• Work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to improve line efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and provide technical guidance to the sewing floor.

• Ensure compliance with buyer technical requirements, measurements, and quality standards.

• Train and guide supervisors and operators on correct sewing techniques and production methods.

• Minimize production defects, rework, and alteration issues through proper technical monitoring.

• Prepare technical reports and maintain production documentation.
