Job Context:

The GM – Production (Subcontract) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all production activities of knit garments through subcontracting. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost optimization, and strong coordination with subcontractors. This position is commission-based, linked to production volume and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans for knit garments via subcontractors.

• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable subcontracting units.

• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

• Ensure all production meets quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Optimize production costs while maintaining quality.

• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and QA teams to streamline operations.

• Prepare periodic reports on production progress, challenges, and achievements.

• Manage risks related to subcontracting, including delays, quality issues, and compliance.

• Motivate and manage production team for maximum efficiency.

• Commission will be calculated based on production performance, volume, and targets achieved.
