Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR & administration, or program support within Private or BPO/IT Sector

Responsibilities & Context: Responsible for oversee day-to-day business operation and employee activity to achieve monthly business target and individual KPI’s.
Responsible for daily reporting, operational staff control and management.
Maintain all of the recruitment process (Job posting, CV sorting, interview arrangement, attendance coordination).
Prepare all types of officials letter (Appointment letter, Official Notice, Release Letter, Increment letter, Promotion Letter etc.)
Prepare accounting entries, including sales, purchase, petty cash, and expenses.
Verify all kinds of bills vouchers and transaction records such as cash book, accounts, payroll etc.
Preparing salary, incentives, festival bonus sheets as per company policy.
Payroll management: Oversee the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave, incentives, leave benefit, festival bonus and leave encashment etc.
Responsible for preparing and shuffling HR Policies related to pays and benefits.
Achieves departmental objectives by preparing the sales budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and follow up monthly sales revenue.
Follow up & Responsible for legal License renewals: Trade License, Accreditation Certificate, membership certificate Renewal and all type of service subscription Renewal etc.
Ensure proper VAT and tax documentation and assist in monthly return submissions.
