• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 5+ years’ experience with a certification body or consultancy company.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (sustainable development, engineering, environment management, etc).

• Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification and auditing experience.

• Excellent written and oral communicational skills in English and ability to interact with companies, certification bodies, non-profit agencies, and experts around the world and several backgrounds.

• Must be proficient using all Microsoft programs (Office, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)

• Understanding of how certification systems work (management systems, relevant ISO Standards, GRI, GHG and sustainability certification, etc.)

• Led the implementation and maintenance of the local and regional accreditation requirements.

• Managing and support for accreditation process of ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 14064-1, CMMI, GRI and other accreditation related work.

• Reviews of client Application, Contract, audit reports and other relevant documents in order that judgments can made for certification recommendation.

• Undertake internal audit as required by the accreditation body in order to meet ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 14064-1 requirements.

• To find out for qualified personnel for external qualified auditor & trainer for each standard and provide support and coordinate with trainer and auditor for necessary required to meet ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 14064-1 requirements.

• Ensured that all audits are planned, performed and completed according to the agreement with the clients, to the requirements of the audit standard and to company policies and procedures.

• Ensured effective implementation of global management systems, built & developed technical and compliance expertise, addressed issues related to risk and compliance, supported global accreditation strategy, conducted regular impartiality and risk review, maintained oversight & regular reporting to relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Managed Auditors and Technical Experts schedule, competencies and development plans and worked with global teams in ensuring that all updated requirements are implemented on time, certification procedures are adhered to, and internal audits are planned, executed and corrective actions for identified areas for improvements are implemented and effectiveness are monitored.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Leaders to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results for business functions like certification, inspections, auditing, and testing services.
