∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
∎ Post Graduate Degree in HRM will get preference.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least 5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role.
∎ Hospitality Industry experience Candidates will get preference (Hotel, Club).
∎ Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods.
∎ Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology tools.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.

∎ Conduct assessments to identify training needs across different departments and job roles.
∎ Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to understand specific skill gaps and training requirements.
∎ Analyze performance metrics and feedback to determine areas for improvement.
∎ Design and develop training programs, workshops, and materials based on identified needs and learning objectives.
∎ Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
∎ Incorporate e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and other technology-based tools to enhance learning outcomes.
∎ Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring effective delivery of content and engagement of participants.
∎ Provide coaching and support to trainers and subject matter experts involved in delivering training programs.
∎ Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to trainers and participants to support continuous learning and development.
∎ Oversee the organization's learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.
∎ Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with relevant training materials, resources, and compliance requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for employees accessing training materials.
∎ Develop and implement talent development programs to support career progression and succession planning.
∎ Identify high-potential employees and design customized development plans to nurture their skills and leadership capabilities.
∎ Partner with HR and senior leadership to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
∎ Maintain documentation and records related to training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
∎ Conduct audits and assessments to uphold training quality and consistency.
