Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing general HR and Admin operations.
∎ Responsible for payroll management and ensuring on-time disbursement of salary. allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Ensure on time Recruitment, performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development etc.
∎ Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
∎ Maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Responsible for Leave and Attendance management.
∎ Managing staff queries, Handle grievance, Misconduct & report to management.
∎ Responsible for ensuring general administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years

∎ Experience in payroll software.
∎ Advanced knowledge in excel.
∎ Experience on updating Data.
