∎ Graduate from a renowned University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the requirements of Accord & Alliance.
∎ Followed Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006 & Rules - 2015.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer's & Company's COC & LS
∎ (Code of Conduct & Legal Standard).
∎ To prepare all kinds of CAP (Corrective Action Plan) as per requirements on Audit Reports.
∎ Maintain Alliance Standard compliance issue basis on Structural, Fire & Electrical side.
∎ Responsible on day-to-day general compliance issues.
∎ Find out non-compliance issues and do internal audit in the factory.
∎ Maintain good communication with workers and management to remedy all non-compliance findings.
∎ Prepare and update of all compliance related documents/registers as per Buyer requirements.
∎ Ability to face audit independently like WRAP, SEDEX (2 & 4 Pillar), BSCI, WCA, Costco
∎ (GMP) C-TPAT, Accord & Alliance, and different type social audit of Buyers etc.
∎ To arrange different types of training for the awareness of employees.
∎ Ensure workplace safety and day to day compliance activities in the factory.
∎ Arrange and keeping record of all type compliance required meeting.
∎ Having knowledge on BEPZA instructions.
∎ Having knowledge on EPZ Labor Law 2019.
∎ Having certification or training on compliance will add more value.
∎ To do any kind of Email Correspondence with Buyers, Accord & Alliance & have a good
∎ knowledge on Office Management etc.
∎ Maintain the office rules & Seniority.
∎ To operate HR related payroll software, and ensuring disciplinary action (Based on long absence).
∎ Letter issue and file settlement.
∎ Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters and confirmation letters.
∎ Maintaining the Leave Management.
∎ Recruitment and selection of management & non-management Employees.
∎ Take the responsibilities of providing the monthly salary to the officers & workers.
∎ Having knowledge as a team leader.
∎ Reporting to the HOD on day-to-day activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by HOD
