Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Graduation in Marketing from any reputed University
∎ Having an MBA from reputed university will be an added advantages.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 11 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the activities related to order taking, merchandising & timely shipment of export-oriented oven garment products effectively & efficiently.
∎ Identify new direct buyers and build the long lasting strong relationship with them
∎ Monitor and follow up on capacity assessment, production plan & achieving the same within time & cost parameters.
∎ Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Maintain a strong data base of customers for effective followup
∎ Oversee the company's marketing budget.
∎ Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
∎ Ensure brand management and corporate identity
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ Provide necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising, Marketing, Textile
∎ Skills Required: Lean Management, Merchandising, Quality Control/ Audit.
