Job Responsibilities:
∎ On time incoming materials receive for both plants without any delay.
∎ Storage of all receiving goods at designated locations maintaining SAP storage Bin.
∎ Prepare Daily Material Receiving Register (DMRR) for incoming materials.
∎ Make initial GRN/GR for newly received materials and issue against user provided approved SR/Reservation accurately. And keep record any anomalies found.
∎ All refectories and raw materials issue maintaining FIFO as per requirement of user and MHS (Material Handling System) team.
∎ 100% errorless transaction doing in SAP software.
∎ All hazardous and sophisticated materials are stored in accordance with requirements.
∎ Always try to maximum utilization of space and propose new design layouts to enhance operations and plan future capacity requirements.
∎ Physically visit all the outside storage locations frequently, check and cover all the outdoor materials by tarpaulin properly. 55% physical movement is mandatory in field visit for outside storage items supervision.
∎ Monitor scrap receiving activities with proper documentation in scrap yard (SYRU).
∎ Regularly check all the material handling equipment (i.e., Forklift, Reach Truck, Hydra Crane etc.) and fit for use.
∎ Maintain communication with stakeholders for the sake of smooth operation and inform to user for quality inspection for example.
∎ Conduct efficient shift operation for both plants in order to achieve operational and customer demand.
∎ Overall look after all the shift operations as a responsible person for a particular shift.
∎ Conduct physical stock inventory, verification of inventory and submit reconciliation report.
∎ Ensure housekeeping at Store area & Ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.
∎ Check Daily Stock balance for all Spare Parts, Construction, Raw and Refractory materials, printing and stationary goods.
∎ Other works as & when assign by the Seniors/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Knowledge (Office Management).
∎ Knowledge of ISO-9001-2015
∎ Knowledge of Inventory Software SAP
∎ Having good communication skills.
∎ Good in man- management.
