∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Bangladesh Labor Law, Human Resource Planning, Performance Management System, Teamwork and collaboration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve attendance tracking system
∎ Standardize HR file management system
∎ Introduce weekly, monthly, and yearly HR reporting systems.
∎ Legalize HR issues
∎ Compliance pre-post onboarding process
∎ Update employee's transfer, promotion, increment, and other information in HRERP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
