Responsibilities & Context:
Overseeing the production process of frozen food and ensure production is running as per schedule
Maintaining inventory of Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished Goods in weekly and monthly basis
Establishing continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality
Keeping the production process loss within permissible limit
Preparing weekly report of material usage variance
Ensuring product quality in accordance to GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO 22000
