Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly sales target for bakery and other dry food brands/SKU
∎ Increase the numeric distribution and weighted distribution in the assigned geography
∎ Ensure 100% availability of products in market through on-time delivery and proper product merchandising
∎ Monitor trade scheme and offer at retail and POSM being deployed for channel and customer awareness
∎ Appoint new distributor to expand market size and assure wide coverage in assigned territory
∎ Assure the retention of existing distributors
