Responsibilities & Context:
Effectively pair and execute the repair and maintenance of Frozen Food and Bakery Machine
Prepare maintenance plan (yearly/monthly) for all machines, coordinating with all stakeholder
Establishing continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality
Execute and Monitor maintenance of utilities : - Broiler and ETP
Ensure all safety parameters are maintained to reduce lost time accident and first-aid case
