Ensuring establishment of new franchise outlets on time as per target
Managing proper display of POS materials in the outlets and maintain visibility on time
Coordinating with all departments to ensure availability of product on time
Ensure customer retention
Setting up billboard, shop signs and other medium of brand visibility with compliance to annual budget and plan
