• Age At least 25 years

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in textiles, padding, insulation, or garments.

• Clear understanding of synthetic fabrics, man-made fibers, and insulation materials.

• Proven track record in finding new buyers, managing clients, and growing markets.

• Ability to handle high-pressure targets and deliver results on time.

• Conduct regular door-to-door sales visits to regional clients for the Padding business.

• Analyze buyer data to discover new purposes and markets for existing synthetic fabric products.

• Lead the creation of relevant marketing content to position the brand as an industry leader.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and MCD teams for product activation across BD markets.

• Review team marketing projects to ensure they meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with active and potential clients.

• Answer all client inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.

• Gather and analyze buyer feedback regarding product performance to improve quality.
