Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/MBA From Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visitor Management.
∎ Make report & presentation as and when required.
∎ Communication with DEPZ, Police, SB, NSI & other govt. organization as and when required.
∎ Land phone service related communication with regulatory authority, and internal reporting for uninterrupt communication.
∎ Vehicle management (Vehicle inspection, maintenance related checking and work, vehicle documentation, follow up).
∎ Rental vehicle fuel & OT management (By checking with VTS tracking).
∎ Monitor the incoming personnel & confirm their proper indentification.
∎ G4S security guards duty roaster & duty checking properly.
∎ Monitoring & checking properly for entry & exit goods (Delivery & unloading) with gate pass.
∎ Visitor movement register & visitor card maintain properly.
∎ Access manager application, CCTV management, Entry & Exit door handle.
∎ Visit the factory (Inside & Outside) and check all the exit doors and locate any abnormally and unusual situation.
∎ Securing the YKK asset, Monitor the Access control & confirm the confidentiality.
∎ Factory building outside overall 5S related work and initiative (Roadside vacant space,Fence area,etc).
∎ Support audit for their documents requirement.
∎ Willing to do shifting duty.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency in MS power point, Excel etc.
∎ English language proficiency.
