Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• or, Masters in Science,
• or, In case of hands on experience on 100% Polyester & Nylon fabric R & D, qualification will be relax.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Good communication skill on English.
• Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.

Experienced in 100% Polyester & 100% Polyester & Nylon fabric R & D.

• Emphasize leadership, problem-solving, communication and strategic thinking, managing budgets, leading teams, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). 

• Monitor key process parameters

• Track production output, machine performance, and downtime on a daily basis.

• Ensure yarn quality meets customer and internal specifications.

• Provide operational support for start-up, shutdown, doffing, and cleaning cycles.

• Supervise shift operators and helpers for efficient workflow.

• Allocate manpower based on production priorities and machine load.

• Train new operators on safety, SOPs, and machine operation.

• Coordinate with planning, logistics, utility, and maintenance departments.

• Maintain a safe working environment following company EHS guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with fire safety, chemical handling, and machine safety standards.

• Maintain production logs, shift reports, downtime analysis, and quality records.
