Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and monitor Production plans based on orders to ensure optimal resource utilization, efficiency, and timely product delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
∎ Monitor hourly production output to ensure adherence to logistics plans and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
∎ Execute the master production plan, identify risk areas, and collaborate with floor in-charges.
∎ Organize weekly material meetings to address material unavailability.
∎ Identify delivery risks, propose solutions, and summarize them for the next three Vessel Sailings (VSLs).
∎ Cross-check extension, short-shipment, and Air shipment requirements with floor in-charges.
∎ Identify early shipment opportunities based on Finished Goods Warehouse (FG WH) stock, obtaining management approval.
∎ Track load plan progress and ensure smooth execution with the team.

∎ Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd. is looking for a deserving candidate for the position of Senior Officer – Production Control to optimize production planning, ensure material availability, and enhance on-time delivery (OTD). This role involves cross-functional coordination, risk management, and data-driven decision-making using ERP, APS, and Power BI.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
