Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and reduce changeover time by implementing SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) principles to minimize production downtime.
∎ Assign specific tasks to the changeover team and consistently monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.
∎ Develop and manage a changeover schedule that is aligned with overall production plans, ensuring minimal disruption.
∎ Continuously analyze the changeover process to identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective improvements.
∎ Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to optimize and streamline the entire changeover process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
