∎ Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and design assessment center methodologies tailored to the organization's needs.
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of assessment center activities with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the implementation and execution of assessment center programs.
∎ Utilize assessment center data to identify high-potential employees and key talent within the organization.
∎ Design and implement targeted development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of identified talents.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of assessment center results to provide insights into individual and team performance.
∎ Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address performance gaps and implement performance improvement plans.
∎ Regularly review and update assessment center processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
∎ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency in assessment center methodologies.
∎ Provide training and support to assessors and stakeholders involved in assessment center activities.
